Today I want to have a look at the relatively new Maybelline Colour Elixier Lip Lacquers. Here in Switzerland there are 10 shades available for each CHF 14.90.
Maybelline Colour Elixier Lip Lacquers
One of the first things I noticed was the beautiful packing of these lip lacquers, which obviously is inspired by the Dior „Fluid Sticks“;) The gloss has a kind of thick yet creamy formula, which I find quite easy to apply. The applicator brush is very soft and has a pointed tip, which makes it easier to work precisely. I really like how the lacquers feel on the lips. On my lips they last (depending on the shade) for about 3 hours leaving a nice stain. What I really like about these lip lacquers is that they don’t dry out my lips, but however nourish them:)
I really like the shades, although we „only“ have 10 of them here in Switzerland;) My personal favourites are „705 Blush Essence“ and „710 Rose Redefined“ for an everyday look and „400 Alluring Coral“ and „Raspberry Rhapsody“ for a brighter look. I’d say, that the coverage of the lacquers is medium to full:)

13. Oktober 2014 at 10:30Huch 😀 Ich war mir eben nicht sicher, ob das die Produkte sind, die ich mein. Bis ich dann das letzte Bild gesehn hab. Bin nämlich grad gestern beim Durchblättern der Instyle darauf aufmerksam geworden und fand, dass ich diesen Fuchsia definitiv mal testen sollte. Allerdings muss ich zugeben, dass ichs krass find wie weit dieses Bild von der Realität entfernt ist und weiß jetzt gar nicht, ob ich mir das überhaupt noch genauer anschauen soll. Ich fand nämlich grad dieses deckende knallige Pink richtig toll und das sieht ja auf den Lippen in Wirklichkeit mal so gar nicht danach aus. Also ich mein die sind trotzdem echt schön! Aber ich hatte mir da ehrlich gesagt n bisschen was andres vorgestellt. Trotzdem tolle Farben und so wohl auch einfach geeigneter für den Alltag 🙂

16. Oktober 2014 at 9:01Woah, was für Farben. Ich bin aber nicht so der Lipgloss-Typ und so dolle Farbe auf den Lippen im Alltag auch nicht so.
