After I tried various methods on how to use coconut oil in my daily beauty routine I’m ready to try a new product: baby powder. In todays post I will show you 5 ways to use baby powder in your beauty routine: 1. Use baby powder as dry shampoo You ran out of dry shampoo? No problem! Thanks to the absorbing nature of baby powder, it’s a great alternative for dry shampoo. Just sprinkle a little powder on your hair line, rub your hair with a towel or your finger tips and brush out the powder . (I don’t know how this hack works on very dark/black hair, but it definitely works for my light brown hair). 2. Whether you want to use it for lipstick, lip gloss or nail polish – that’s totally up to you – the candle holder works for all kind of makeup products! Doesn’t it look great? The holder is available in two sizes and two shades (white and turquoise). I went for the smaller white version, which has space for ten MAC lipsticks or four Essie nail polishes (just to give you two examples). Hello Beauties, Don’t we all love simple beauty tricks and clever beauty hacks? Well, today I want to share one of my favorite hacks with you and show you how I dry my make-up brushes after I cleaned them! I’ve been using this trick for a few years now and love it!(I’ve once seen this trick in a video on Youtube, but I honestly can’t remember who’s video it was). What I like about his beauty hack is that my brushes dry better and faster this way! To dry your fresh cleaned make-up brushes you need: Some sort of bar or towel rail hair ties or rubber band Beauty Hack: Step by Step What you then do is you place the hair tie behind the towel bar and then stretch both ends over the rail (like on the picture). Now you place the makeup brush between the two endings/openings that are stretched over the rail. Then let the brushes dry! Another tip: I love «The Brush Guard» sleeves.
