Urban Decay Matte Revolution Lipsticks
The new matte range contains 9 pretty shades (2.8 g, 28 CHF/18.99 Euro), which range from nude to almost black (what I miss is some sort of rosewood tone). The application of the news lipsticks is easy: they’re creamy and glide on effortlessly! The only thing that makes the application a little difficult is the shape of the lipsticks (it’s no secret I prefer the normal and «pointy» shape over the round one!!).
Although the lipsticks are labeled matte, I’d say the finish isn’t completely matte. They’re more comparable with a MAC Satin finish, so there’s still a subtle gloss to them. The pigmentation by the way is stunning: they cover easily and whip a bright and intense look, which lasts for about 3-4 hours.
But what I really love about these new lipsticks is the way they feel on the lips: They’re creamy, lightweight and – this is the most important point – they don’t feel dry but almost nourishing on the lips, even after a good while! I’m impressed: matte, deep and creamy!! ♥
How do you like the new Urban Decay Matte Revolution Lipsticks? Any favorites?
