I bet some of you already heard the great news: this fall Urban Decay is going to launch a new Naked palette, the Naked Smoky Eyeshadow Palette.
The palette will hit the stores in September and will cost around 65 Fr. I already got to play around with the palette and today I want to share my thoughts, impressions and of course some swatches with you all!$
Different from the other Naked palettes does the Naked Smoky palette come in a pretty and stable semitransparent plastic packaging, which I personally think is extremely beautiful. What do you think?
Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette
The Naked Smoky palette contains 12 eyeshadows, like all the other Naked palettes, which are soft and buttery, highly pigmented and easy to blend (the matte ones are a little harder to blend than the other ones). Some of the shades (like High or Amor) tend to have a little bit of fall-out, so make sure you tap off the eyeshadow brush and apply the eyeshadows by dabbing them onto the eyelid.I think the palette has a good mix of different of glittery/shimmery, matte and almost matte tones in light and dark, so the palette allows to create a variety of different smoky (and non smoky) looks for both day and night.
When looking at all the Naked palettes, I’d say it’s not my favorite palette (that’s still be the Naked 3). But still I really like it a lot! I’m especially into the shades Dirtysweet, Radar, Amor, Smolder.
How do you like the new Urban Decay Naked Smoky Eyeshadow Palette? Which shades do you like best?
